Our policy lasts 15 days from the time you receive your order. If 15 days have gone by since your receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For sizing returns the incorrect sized products will need to be shipped to Vapor95.com. Once received we will offer you a discount code for 100% off of a replacement product.
All all over print products may contain missing print areas on garment (usually on shoulders and under armpits). For returns for misprints you must email River@Vapor95.com with pictures of the printing defect. Vapor95.com holds discretion for returns for misprints with decisions evaluated on submitted evidence.
To initiate a return send an email to Help@Vapor95.com with reason for your return and any evidence required (for misprintings).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
