How does Vapor95 work?
At Vapor95 we create all of our products on demand and by order in our California-based manufacturing headquarters. Once your order is placed, we immediately begin production on your items and send them to you directly from the manufacturing facilities when they are ready.
Where are we based?
Our business offices are located in Brooklyn, NY and our manufacturing is based in California.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We ship worldwide, but orders of $150 or over will receive free domestic shipping!
What are your delivery times?
You will receive your graphic items within 2 to 3 weeks of placing your order domestically, expect a 3 to 4 week delivery time for international orders. Because our all-over print products are custom and made to order, they have a 4 to 6 week production timeframe both domestically and internationally.
I only received part of my order—where is the rest?
We work with two separate manufacturers for our all-over print and graphic products and a third for our hand made hats, so the items are shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your order information and account log in (if you made one) once you have place your order. You can use this email to later track your order. You will also be emailed a tracking number to track your order with the postal service as soon as your order has shipped.
What is your policy on fees, customs, and lost, stolen, or delayed shipments?
Vapor95 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or for any fees incurred upon international import. You will be held responsible for the shipping fees of your purchases and any return fees if you refuse a shipment of Vapor95.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable with corrected addresses.
Returns and refunds
Because every item is made to order, we currently cannot accept returns. We will make our best effort to provide store credits upon the exchange of an item that has not yet been worn or washed and has been brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Discounted or promotional purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
Terms & Agreements
All graphics, content, and images on Vapor95.com and associated web pages /social pages (collectively, our “Services”) are exclusive to Vapor95. The use of any Vapor95 design, content, trademark or logo without explicit written consent is prohibited by law.
