All Vapor95 products are made from the highest quality materials and printed with the highest resolution methods available. Our attention to detail and quality control ensures our products are durable, vibrant, and made to last.
SHIPPING
Vapor95 ships worldwide!
We offer carrier calculated shipping so you pay for what it costs us to ship your package. Shipping is calculated by your location and the weight of your order at checkout. Shipping times (the time it takes your package in transit) are also indicated with your selected shipping method at checkout.
MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Vapor95 creates most of its clothing in Hendersonville, NC USA, although some items like the shoes and knit sweatshirts are made on demand in China. When working with manufacturers overseas we are sure to only work with the highest quality, ethical and working wage factories.
Because Vapor95 products are made to order, our manufacturing timeframes can be up to 4 weeks, although this is rare and it usually takes us around 5 to 7 days to make and ship your order. The timeframes for our production are linked to our order volumes, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control in limited instances (tariffs, supply issues, etc).
Since we strive to provide our customers with the most honest and open expectations we provide realistic time frames to protect us from sudden dramatic fluctuations in order volumes and the other states causes, but you can realistically expect to receive your order with in one to two weeks after ordering.
Because we make your order specifically for you when you order we are unable to expedite orders. The shipping timeframes stated at checkout are for the package in transit and not how long it will take us to make the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy and we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. For refunds and size exchanges we do require you to return your unwashed and unworn items to us before we can issue you a gift card to re-order another size or issue you a full refund.
In the rare case that your product is damaged or defective when it arrives please email us a photo of the issue to Help@Vapor95.com and we can offer you a replacement product immediately or store credit.
