Accessibility Statement
Vapor95 is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe online shopping should be usable by all of our customers, and we are actively and continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of vapor95.com.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our guiding standard. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. As we add products, update our storefront, and run campaigns, we review and refine our site with these guidelines in mind. We do not use an automated “accessibility overlay” or pop-up accessibility widget, because those tools can interfere with screen readers and other assistive technologies. Instead, we build accessibility into the site itself.
What we’re doing
Our ongoing work includes, among other things:
- Providing descriptive text alternatives (“alt text”) for meaningful images so they can be understood with a screen reader.
- Making sure links, buttons, and controls have clear, descriptive names.
- Maintaining a logical heading structure and page landmarks so the site can be navigated with a keyboard and assistive technology.
- Providing a “skip to content” link and support for keyboard navigation.
- Considering color, contrast, and layout as part of our design process.
We keep an internal, dated record of our accessibility work and revisit it on a regular basis.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Parts of our site rely on third-party services and apps — for example, embedded media, product reviews, or payment tools — that are outside our direct control and may not always meet the same standard. Where we identify barriers, we work to address them, and we genuinely welcome your feedback.
